Our event, “Developing an Environment of Civility and Respect In Healthcare Organizations,” will provide healthcare leaders with vital resources to identify, intervene, and prevent workplace bullying, incivility, and disrespect.

This event features an impressive lineup of panelists:

  • Dianne McAdams-Jones, RN, EdD, CHSE, SFHEA: A respected professor from the Department of Nursing and a Senior Fellow in Higher Education at Utah Valley University.
  • Jessica Makin, Program Administrator III at the Department of Health and Human Services.
  • Hannah Robinson, MPH, AHFEA: The Administrative Director at Primary Children’s Hospital; Intermountain Children’s Health.
  • Heather Thiesset, PhD, MPH, AHFEA: An assistant professor and program coordinator of Healthcare Administration at Utah Valley University who will moderate the session.
