The American College of Healthcare Executives is committed to supporting diversity and inclusion in our workforce to better serve our communities. ACHE is offering a free webinar series aimed at diverse healthcare leaders. We encourage you to participate in the stand-alone webinars or series as a whole for valuable content and to connect with other diverse leaders.

In addition to the webinar series, Utah Healthcare Executives is doing the following to support diversity and inclusion:

-Offering education on D&I topics such as women in leadership, supporting a diverse workforce, eliminating bias in recruiting and hiring diverse talent, and the organizational benefits of diverse leadership.

-Advancing women to become Fellows of the American College of Healthcare Executives

-Mentorship opportunities to match diverse students/early careerists with diverse leaders

-Engaging members who are not active in chapter activities

-Awarding a UHE member from an underrepresented background with a scholarship to ACHE Congress annually
